While Peninsula School of Art does amazing things with a small staff, our volunteers truly fill the gaps and make our mission come to life. There are no special qualifications - just enthusiasm for our programming. The School runs year-round, and our needs are as varied as your talents. We will work with you to find the perfect niche- whether it is during our busy summer season of events, or winter season of outreach programs. With your help, Peninsula School of Art can continue to provide high caliber, integrated visual arts programs. Throughout the years, our 501(c)3 school has brought enrichment and fulfillment to thousands of participants from throughout the Midwest, and quality of life to Door County as a whole.
Not only does your membership support our mission, but you’ll receive benefits in return. An individual membership of $50 makes you eligible for discounts on workshops, a monthly e-newsletter and mailings regarding upcoming events. As a Contributing Member of $100 or more, your benefits increase.

Each year Peninsula School of Art Serves:
3,000 children, families and adults thrugh FREE community outreach programs like school visits, special events and Family Art Days
3,000 visitors through one of our FREE Guenzel Gallery exhibitions
2,000 students of all ages and economic backgrounds, while striving to keep tuition levels accessible and providing scholarships to students in need
Your membership supports:
180 visual arts workshops for children and adults taught by over 160 faculty
Six gallery exhibitions each year featuring the work of local and national artists
Over 20 yearly Artist Talks where faculty and visiting artists educate participants about their work and process
Monthly Family Art Days, community outreach program and collaborations with other area non-profits
The care and maintenance of our exceptional educational facilities, equipment and grounds
All memberships and contributing memberships are valid for one year from date of membership.
